Nori Pennisi, M.S.

Ms. Pennisi has her M.S. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Exercise and Sport Science specializing in sport psychology. She has expertise in parental influences on youth sports and how participation in sports influences one's mental development. She received a B.A. in psychology and a B.A. in physical education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Ms. Pennisi was a varsity collegiate athlete in tennis as well as a Morehead scholar. She has coached varsity high school and middle school tennis and middle school basketball. She has presented to collegiate and high school level athletes and coaches on motivation, team building and mental skills. She also has experience consulting with individual athletes as well as teams, focusing on helping athletes improve their performance through mental skills training. In addition to doing consulting work, she currently teaches tennis to all ages.
