Physicians, pharmacists, counselor, exercise specialist and dietitian will spend time with you to help you understand the progression of diabetes, treatment options, medication, nutrition, exercise, and emotional components. Come learn how to care for your health Tuesday evenings 6:45 pm to 8:00 pm starting September 11, 2007 at the American Institute of Healthcare & Fitness.
